Ben Mauro

Ben Mauro is a passionate physiotherapist with a love for all sports and the science behind how we move our body.

Ben graduated in 2010 from UniSA with a Bachelor of Applied Science, Human Movement and Health Studies. He then went on to work with the Adelaide Football Club as a trainer and with the fitness team. He then completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at Flinders University in 2013.

With his previous experience within the industry, Ben has adopted a mixture of hands on techniques with the foundations of strength and conditioning to develop a style of therapy best suited to help any client take the next step in the direction to better health.

Ben has a particular interest looking into the biomechanics of the body, using video analysis and other tools to help break down movement patterns to make them more efficient. Ben has his Level 1 and 2 certification in neuromuscular Dry Needling, he is a certified Titleist Performance Institute physiotherapist and a current member of the APA.
