Chloe Blacket
Exercise Physiologist

Regular physical activity can have an astounding impact on health and wellbeing, yet the ability to lead an active life is complex. As an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), Chloe is equipped with the knowledge to design safe and individualised physical activity interventions to assist and empower you to reach your goals.

Chloe completed her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) degree from the University of South Australia in 2019. During her Honours studies, Chloe investigated the effects of repeated maximal exercise testing on sensations of breathlessness in people living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Clinically, Chloe also has private practice experience with assisting people living with a range of neurological and physical disabilities.

Chloe is passionate in providing evidence-based and client-centred interventions for people living with a range of acute and chronic medical conditions or injuries, including cardiovascular and respiratory diseases, neurological conditions and spinal cord injuries, cancer, osteoarthritis, diabetes, mental ill-health and many more – no matter what their starting capacity or goals.

Chloe will provide a zero-judgement environment with thorough assessment, prescription and reviews for her clients, to make them feel comfortable being physically active and confident in their own capabilities to achieve their goals.

With a strong belief in practicing what you preach, Chloe regularly runs over 80 km a week in preparation for marathon season, so understands the need for appropriate and effective programming.
