Georgia completed her Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Honours) Degree in 2020. She has had experience working in both private practice and gym environments and has worked with various clients presenting with:
- Type 2 Diabetes
- Osteoarthritis or osteoporosis
- Cardiovascular conditions, such as hypertension or heart disease
- Neurological rehabilitation for conditions such as stroke or Parkinson’s Disease
- Respiratory conditions
- Musculoskeletal pain
Georgia enjoys being able to share her knowledge and passion for exercise through prescribing individualised exercise programs for her clients, whilst encouraging self-management and long-term behaviour change. She also appreciates being able to work alongside other allied health professionals to expand her knowledge as a clinician.
Georgia lives a very active lifestyle, as well as being an Exercise Physiologist, she is a group fitness instructor and is very enthusiastic about helping her participants reach their exercise-related goals. In her spare time, Georgia enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach/river or playing netball.
