How much do Physio Group Exercise sessions cost?
There are two options of payment for Physio Group Exercise sessions.
You can choose to attend classes on a casual basis, per class.
Or you can sign up to our unlimited Physio Group Exercise sessions, per week.
Can I claim Physio Group Exercise sessions on my private health insurance?
Physio Group Exercise is usually covered by all major private health funds under their ‘extras’ cover. The benefit paid for Physio Group Exercise sessions varies depending on your level of cover, and annual limits do apply.
For more information, please check with your private health fund to confirm that you are covered and how much your annual limit is.
Physio Group Exercise sessions can be claimed under code 502 – Group Exercise Sessions with a Physiotherapist.

Our mat and reformer classes focus on the principles of Pilates – core control, breathing, postural alignment, flexibility, and precision.

Accredited Exercise Physiologist led one-hour small group sessions build muscle strength and help you maintain flexibility and balance.
