Accredited Exercise Physiologist led small group sessions build muscle strength and help you maintain flexibility a balance.
Resistance & Rehab
Small group “open gym” sessions where clients work through their prescribed exercise program with a Physiotherapist or Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
