What does this class offer?
Resistance & Rehab is an “open gym” style of group exercise where clients are supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
In “open gym” sessions, clients work through their prescribed exercise program that has been developed in a prior 1 on 1 session with our Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor or Podiatrist.
Sessions are limited to 8 clients and run for 45 minutes.
Sessions are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10.30am.
