Resistance & Rehab

Small group “open gym” sessions where clients work through their prescribed exercise program with an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

What does this class offer?

Resistance & Rehab is an “open gym” style of group exercise where clients are supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

In “open gym” sessions, clients work through their prescribed exercise program that has been developed in a prior 1 on 1 session with our Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor or Podiatrist.

Sessions are limited to 6 clients and run for 50 minutes.

Sessions are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 10.30am.

With your personal prescribed exercise program in hand, you can train in a modern, airconditioned facility with the latest equipment.

You’ll be in a small group, moving at your own pace and under the supervision and guidance of an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
