Strength & Conditioning

A specialised form of exercise that focuses on improving an individual’s physical performance, strength, power, endurance, and overall fitness level.

What does this class offer?

Our Strength & Conditioning class plans are designed and led by Accredited Exercise Physiologists who creates personalised workouts based on the fitness levels and goals of the class participants.

Circuit training involves a series of exercises performed in a specific order with rest periods between each exercise. It is an efficient way to target different muscle groups while keeping the heart rate elevated for an effective cardiovascular workout.

Session sizes are limited to 8 clients to ensure a quality learning environment.
