Exercise Physiologist
Brittany is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Strength & Conditioning Coach and Pilates Instructor. She was drawn to the industry with a love of helping people, a passion for understanding the human body, and an understanding of how powerful regular movement is for both physical and mental health.
Brittany has grown up competing in surf lifesaving and playing several team sports, and currently now keeps busy trail running, surfing and participating in triathlon. She has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clientele, from musculoskeletal rehabilitation to chronic health disease management.
Brittany is motivated to stay up to date with clinical research and provide her patients gold standard evidence based care. As a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated clinician Brittany endeavours to provide all patients a positive experience with their exercise journey in a supportive environment that facilities empowerment and independence.
