Exercise Physiologist

Hi, I’m Bradley Ramsey and I’m excited to join the incredible team at Connect Healthcare! I’m a recently graduated Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and empowering others to live their best live.

Sport has always been at the heart of who I am. Growing up, I played soccer at a competitive level, which led to the honor of representing Australia at the Futsal World Cup in Florida. Two years ago, I decided to switch gears and take on the challenge of Aussie Rules Football, which has brought me so much joy and growth. Alongside this, I’ve also competed in professional track running, which taught me the importance of dedication, resilience, and the value of setting and achieving personal goals.

As an Exercise Physiologist, I draw on not just my professional training but also my personal experiences. After undergoing my second ACL surgery, I’ve gained a deeper understanding of the mental and physical hurdles that come with injury and rehabilitation. This journey has strengthened my commitment to helping others navigate their own challenges, whether they’re managing chronic conditions, recovering from injuries, or striving to maintain optimal health. I believe that exercise is truly medicine, and I love working collaboratively with individuals to create tailored programs that encourage long-term behavior change and a healthier, more active lifestyle.

Joining the Connect Healthcare team is an incredible opportunity for me to combine my knowledge and passion with a supportive, team-focused environment. I thrive in connecting with others and building meaningful relationships, and I’m always happy to lend an ear—whether it’s answering questions, offering advice, or simply sharing a chat about sport, fitness, or life in general.
