Heart Rate Variability Assessment

More than just a fitness metric – heart rate variability (HRV) is a powerful tool to track your body’s stress, recovery, and overall well-being. By measuring the time between heartbeats, HRV offers a window into your nervous system’s balance. A high HRV indicates resilience, better recovery, and optimal health, while low HRV can signal stress or overtraining.

Located at 236 Glen Osmond Road, Fullarton, SA, 5063

What does this involve?

Dr. Bonney will explain to you what HRV is, how to measure it, and the importance of using it for prenosology (indicator of future disease).

You will have your vitals recorded – heart rate, blood pressure, pulse oximetry, carbon dioxide tolerance, and respiration rate – before then assessing your breathing mechanics.

The body of the session is devoted towards determining your “Resonant Frequency” (RF) – a method to maximise/optimise your parasympathetic nervous system output.

Dr. Bonney will create a report that outlines your RF, practices to improve your HRV, and the timeframes and common questions surrounding this protocol.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Assessment – $189 (60 minutes)
