A clinical interview covering injury history, previous running achievements and health goals
An evaluation of your range of motion, muscular endurance and strength to inform a future customised training plan that suits your body’s unique requirements
Treadmill gait analysis, paired exclusively with RunScribe data collection
Advanced Running Assessment
Predicted VO₂ max. testing, which demonstrates the maximum amount of oxygen an athlete's muscles can utilise in 60 seconds
Live lactate threshold testing using pinprick blood draw, which defines the intensity an athlete can train before lactic acid becomes excessive
