Jonathan Harris is a dedicated remedial massage therapist with a deep passion for anatomy, physiology, and the healing power of touch. Jonathan is fully qualified in a range of remedial massage modalities, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue massage, and sports massage. His approach is tailored to each client’s specific needs, whether addressing injury rehabilitation, muscle tension or general health and wellbeing.

As part of his treatment process, Jonathan incorporates postural and gait analysis, range of motion assessments, and movement-based strategies to identify and address imbalances. He believes in a collaborative approach, working closely with clients to develop effective treatment plans that enhance mobility, reduce discomfort, and promote long-term musculoskeletal health.
