Dr. Conor Zyskowski

Chiropractor

Dr. Conor Zyskowski graduated from RMIT in 2018 with distinction, completing a double Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Chiropractic).

Originally from Birmingham, England, Conor moved to Melbourne with his family in 2006, and later relocated to South Australia in 2020 with his wife. Since then, SA has felt like home. He enjoys the relaxed lifestyle here and can often be found playing golf on a weekend or walking along the beach with a coffee in hand.

Conor grew up immersed in sport – playing cricket, soccer (or “football,” as he calls it), and powerlifting, where he represented Australia at the GPC Powerlifting World Championships in Slovakia and came away with a silver medal. His first experience with chiropractic came at age 14, when persistent back pain led him to seek care. The holistic approach and personalised treatment left a lasting impression, and ultimately shaped his career path.

Today, Conor enjoys the active nature of chiropractic practice and the opportunity to build strong, collaborative relationships with his patients. His approach combines manual and low-force adjusting, soft tissue therapy, and early-stage rehabilitation, always tailored to each person’s needs and goals.

Conor also shares his passion for the profession as a lecturer and clinical supervisor at the Australian Chiropractic College (ACC), mentoring students as they transition into practice.

Areas of interest:
Conor has a strong interest in sports and performance-based care, treating athletes of all levels – from elite competitors to weekend warriors. He has completed Level 1 and 2 of the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certification, which provides a detailed framework for assessing and managing golf-related injuries.

Beyond sport, Conor has a growing interest in Functional Neurology and Neuroscience, recognising the central role the nervous system plays in movement, pain, and recovery. He enjoys weaving this understanding into his clinical work to support long-term outcomes for his patients.
