Dr. Jessica O’Keefe
Chiropractor
Dr Jessica O’Keefe graduated from the RMIT University with a Bachelor of Health Science and Masters of Clinical Chiropractic (Distinction) in 2015.
Since graduating in Melbourne, Jess relocated to Victor Harbor in 2016 to begin her chiropractic career. Jess takes pride in helping the body perform at its healthiest. This can involve using a variety of hands on treatment and movement techniques on people of all ages and abilities.
Whether you are a high performing athlete or someone wanting to just improve daily movement, Jess will implement a variety of modalities such as manual and low force spinal and extremity adjustments/mobilisations, soft tissue/fascial techniques, dry needling techniques or kinesiology taping.
Jess has experience on athletes trackside at Athletic State Championships and seaside at National Lifesaving Championships. She has undergone further studies in Paediatrics – family care and is a qualified Pilates Instructor (Matwork). Jess continues to build on her passions in the profession daily.
Outside the Clinic you will find Jess amongst nature on a running track/trail, socialising with friends over a home-made pizza or weekend getaways to discover the hidden delights of SA. She has just recently become a very proud Aunty.
After completing her first full Marathon in May she is currently training for her second triathlon.
