Dr. Ryan Milton

Dr. Ryan Milton graduated from the University of South Australia with a Bachelor of Human Movement in 2021, before completing his Bachelor of Chiropractic at the Australian Chiropractic College in 2025.

Ryan takes a movement-focused approach to care, shaped by his long-standing involvement in the gym and strength training. He enjoys working with people who want to stay active, return to exercise after injury, or better understand how movement and load management can support long-term musculoskeletal health.

He is committed to evidence-informed, patient-centred care and values working collaboratively within the interdisciplinary team at Connect Healthcare. Ryan believes the best outcomes come from care that is tailored to the individual, aligned with their goals, and supported by clear education and active rehabilitation.

Ryan has a particular interest in postural-related concerns, including mid-back and neck discomfort commonly associated with prolonged desk work and gaming. As an active gamer himself, he understands the physical demands of extended screen time and enjoys helping patients build sustainable strategies to manage symptoms through movement, education, and targeted rehabilitation.

Ryan is committed to ongoing professional development and plans to continue expanding his clinical skills through Chiropractic Development International (CDI) to become a Diplomate of the International Academy of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (DIANM).
