Support your mobility and strength

At Connect Healthcare, our small-group exercise classes are tailored to help you move better, live stronger and feel more empowered every day.

In our collaborative, connected model of care, exercise classes are an extension of therapy, integrated with your broader care plan. Classes are designed to support long-term physical fitness, injury prevention and may improve quality of life.

About our group exercise classes

Our exercise classes combine guided rehabilitation with fitness science. They’re ideal if you’re recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, or simply want to help gain strength and improve physical fitness.

Strength & conditioning

Strength & Conditioning

Building stability, endurance, and power.

  • Combines functional training and resistance exercises to help improve muscle strength, cardiovascular fitness and endurance
