Mitchell Wood
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Mitchell holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of South Australia and more recently completed his Level 2 ASCA course.
He is a passionate Strength & Conditioning coach who loves helping people towards achieving their goals, whether it be strength, conditioning, rehab, or just general fitness to maintain a strong lifestyle. Mitch take great pride in helping others towards reaching these milestones, and taking them even further.
Mitch currently coaches 2 Strength & Conditioning classes each week at Connect Healthcare. He loves all things about S&C, and enjoys sharing and learning as much as he can everyday.
In his spare time, Mitch enjoy going to the gym, an occasional run, a very occasional round of golf, and spending time with the incredible people in his life.
