Remedial Massage Therapist
Pavel Pracny is a Remedial Massage Therapist with over nine years of experience, with a strong focus on sports, rehabilitation and recovery-focused massage.
Pavel works with clients who want to stay active, manage pain, recover well and keep performing at their best. His treatments are practical, targeted and tailored to each person’s needs, whether they are managing a sporting injury, recovering from training, dealing with muscular tightness, or looking to prevent future issues.
He takes the time to understand what is happening for each client and uses conversation throughout treatment to help guide the session, adjust his approach and make sure the treatment is useful and specific.
As a passionate ice hockey player himself, Pavel brings a genuine understanding of sport, movement and recovery into his clinical work. His approach fits well with Connect Healthcare’s focus on helping people move better, feel stronger and stay engaged in the activities that matter to them.
