Tanya Guglielmo is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and the founder of Waves of Emotion. She supports adults navigating life’s many transitions including relationship challenges, marriage and divorce, parenting and midlife transitions, health anxiety, recovery from physical injury, career change, trauma and longstanding relational wounds.

Tanya’s approach is warm, down-to-earth and supportive. She offers a space where people feel heard, understood, and not alone – particularly during periods that feel uncertain or emotionally overwhelming. Her work is grounded in evidence-based therapy and informed by attachment-focused principles, helping clients better understand their emotional patterns and responses.
