Business Development Manager & Pilates Instructor

Yelena has been part of Connect Healthcare since day one – helping build the clinic from the ground up and playing a key role in shaping who we are today. As our Business Development Manager, she works closely with our Managing Director, Josh, to guide the strategic and operational direction of the business – ensuring Connect continues to grow with purpose, integrity and heart.

With a diverse background spanning law, marketing and healthcare management, Yelena brings a rare blend of analytical thinking, creative vision and people-first leadership. Her work touches almost every part of Connect – from refining service offerings and building community partnerships, to developing internal systems, managing commercial developments, and ensuring the client and team experience feels thoughtful and consistent at every level.

She’s passionate about making healthcare feel warm, welcoming and well-run – and is the quiet force behind many of the details that help Connect feel like home.

Alongside her business role, Yelena is also a qualified Pilates instructor, having completed her training with Polestar Pilates in 2016. What began as a personal interest quickly became a professional calling, and she now teaches weekly classes at Connect. She especially loves watching clients grow in strength and confidence – and seeing their pride when they master something they once found challenging.
