A different kind of chiropractic care
Pain can be frustrating – especially when you have been told different things, tried different treatments, or felt like no one has really explained what is going on.
At Connect Healthcare, we take the time to understand the full picture, explain things clearly, and build a plan around you.
Hands-on care may be part of that plan, but it is rarely the whole story. Depending on what you need, your care may also include rehabilitation, education, exercise advice, collaboration with another Connect clinician, or referral for further investigation.
Our chiropractors work within our broader allied health team, with a strong focus on careful assessment, clinical reasoning and helping you make confident decisions about your care.

Care that connects the dots
Most people do not need more disconnected advice. They need the right care, at the right time, from a team that can work together when needed.
At Connect Healthcare, your chiropractor is part of an interdisciplinary allied health team. That means if your recovery would benefit from exercise physiology, podiatry, dietetics, psychology, physiotherapy or other support, we can coordinate that care around you – without you having to navigate it alone.
Our goal is simple: to help you move from feeling stuck to making clear, supported progress.
More than one perspective
Access to a team of allied health clinicians when your care needs broader input.
Clearer care plans
A coordinated approach so your treatment, rehab and advice make sense together.

Chiropractic FAQs
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
No. You can book a private chiropractic appointment without a referral.
Can I use a GP care plan?
Yes. We accept GP Chronic Condition Management referrals. If you have a valid care plan, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Concession card holders with a valid care plan may also be eligible for a reduced gap. Our team can confirm this when you book.
Can I claim on private health?
Yes. If your private health cover includes chiropractic, you may be able to claim on the spot. Your rebate depends on your insurer and level of cover.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your chiropractor will discuss your symptoms and goals, assess your movement and function, explain what may be contributing to your concern, and help you understand the best next steps.
Is chiropractic right for my concern?
That’s okay if you’re not sure. Your chiropractor will assess your concern, explain what may be contributing to it, and help you understand the best next steps. If another type of care would be more appropriate, we can help connect you with the right support within our broader allied health team.
What does a chiropractic appointment cost?
Chiropractic fees vary depending on your appointment type and whether you are eligible for concession rates or a Medicare rebate through a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan. Our team can confirm your expected out-of-pocket cost before your appointment so there are no surprises.
